Do the best sales people come from a care background or a property background? We have been recruiting sales people for the retirement property sector for many years and still don't have an answer. The role is a personal one and requires a very special person. The role of management is to empower those people to perfom to their best ability. RPO has developed a set of tools that help the sales team perform and a set of monitoring tools that provide management with the very best information with which to make decisons.

RPO has had great success in generating sales for operators. Their involvement
in one village in Wiltshire (that had issues during launch and only 6% occupancy a year ago) has made areal differnce. Occupancy has risen to 43% over the last
12 month period, despite not being the best time, generally, for property sales.

RPO has been retained by Deloitte LLP to manage the sales for two villages under their charge.

RPO's current resources only allows us to focus on the sales management of
